Shipping Policy

At SUHARO, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and at the best possible value. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

•       You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.

•       A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

•       During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 2 business days.

 

We ship across India through trusted courier partners including  Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

 

•       Standard shipping is charged at ₹29 per order.

•       FREE shipping is available on all orders above ₹1999.

•       Express shipping charges are ₹99-149 and will be shown at checkout.

•       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

•       Email at the address provided during checkout.

•       WhatsApp at your registered mobile number.

You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website or app to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hr of placing your order, please contact us at Suharo.offical@gmail.com.

 

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

•       High order volumes during sales or festive seasons.

•       Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

•       Strikes, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions.

•       Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 6-7 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at Suharo.offical@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

•       The courier will attempt re-delivery 2-3 more time(s).

•       If delivery fails after all attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

•       We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

•       If you wish to cancel after a failed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charge.

 

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

•       Email us at Suharo.offical@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery date.

•       Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged packaging or product.

•       We will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing your claim.

SUHARO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Currently, SUHARO ships within India only. We are working on expanding our delivery to international destinations soon.
