Welcome to SUHARO. By accessing or purchasing from our online store www.suharo.in , you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our store.

To access certain features of our store, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

SUHARO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

•       We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, COD, etc.

•       All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

•       SUHARO reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

•       In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

•       Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched.

SUHARO makes every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:

•       Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and screen calibration.

•       Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

•       We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

•       In case of any discrepancy between the product received and its description, please contact us at Suharo.offical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Placing an order on our store constitutes an offer to purchase. SUHARO reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from SUHARO. We may cancel or refuse orders in the following circumstances:

•       Items are out of stock or discontinued.

•       Payment could not be verified or processed.

•       The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

•       There is an error in pricing or product information.

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours.

SUHARO ships across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

•       Standard delivery: 6 – 7 business days.

•       Express delivery: 2–3 business days — available at additional charge.

•       Orders are processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

•       Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

•       SUHARO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp at your registered phone number.

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:

Eligibility

•       Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

•       Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

•       Certain items such as electronics, personal care & perishables are not eligible for return.

Process

•       Email us at Suharo.offical@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product.

•       Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.

•       Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

By using our store, you agree not to:

•       Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

•       Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

•       Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or information.

•       Resell products purchased from SUHARO without prior written consent.

•       Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our store.

•       Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the store or its users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal action where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SUHARO shall not be liable for:

•       Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products.

•       Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

•       Delays or errors in delivery caused by third-party courier partners.

•       Damage caused by misuse of products contrary to instructions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

•       The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

•       The Information Technology Act, 2000

•       The Sale of Goods Act, 1930

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jiribam, Manipur, India.

SUHARO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the store after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
